Last night I saw Alkaline Trio. I thought they were pretty good, the sound at The Rialto could have been better and there could have been less retards there, but overall I think their set was pretty good. I like Good Mourning a lot, and the majority of the songs they played were off that album. They also opened with "My Friend Peter" and ended with "Radio". It was good seeing people I hadn't seen in a while since shows at The Gnarwhal House too.
Finch on the other hand was 100% horrible. I was so bummed, I always really wanted to see them, but I never did when they were popular when I was in middle school. So basically last night years of waiting finally happened and they were just awful. They sounded bad and only played two songs off of What it is to Burn. Who even cares about anything that came after that album? No one knows them for anything other than What it is to Burn. I bet half the people watching them didn't even know they had an album after that. It was a total bummer to say the least.
